Functions like dialing, hang-up, hold, and much more can be done directly from the screen by our software. Incoming calls with caller IDs can be matched with contacts in your database, so you can recognize the callers name or data immediately. Calls and tasks can be planned and you will be reminded, so you need never forget a call.
With every call, all connected databases are scanned for the caller’s information. If stored information is found in a database, the information will be displayed in a bubble window. This increases consumer satisfaction, because now the caller can be correctly identified in a professional way with all relevant information at your fingertips.
OpenCTI 510 - Single 1st-party
OpenCTI 510 extends the capacity of the telephony at your workstation. OpenCTI 510 can be used with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and with ODBC-databases. The product has a phone call display with names, journal of all phone calls, a list of unacted phone calls, extended search of names and phone numbers.
OpenCTI 550 - Network 3rd-party
OpenCTI 550 is the perfect solution for telephony in all local area networks. OpenCTI 550 includes the TapiServer which distributes the extension of your PBX as TAPI devices within the network and every client is able to use these services everywhere in the network. The OpenCTI client can be used as a Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, or as a standalone version for Lotus Notes and ODBC databases.
