Voice Portal Planning System in the OpenCom100 Communications Systems
OpenAttendant 205 is the innovative alternative to a conventional switchboard and can also be used for information and announcement
services. Using a CompactFlash memory device, the application provides automatic, interactive caller prompting via the telephone
keypad. You can define the menus freely. Up to five auto attendant systems are supported. Access to certain areas can be password-protected.
The module contains announcement-text and music-on-hold functions plus integrated conversion software. The optional module,
which can be activated when necessary, is included as a free 60-day trial licence version.
